Got stuck on a mathematics homework set? Need some help to prepare for a mathematics exam? If this is the case, visit the Math Support Center where experienced undergraduate tutors will assist you with all your math-related questions!

Regular opening hours for Spring 2010:

The MSC takes place in the conference rooms or in the college study areas as follows:

Mondays 19:30-21:30
20:00-22:00 		College 3

Tuesdays 20:00-22:00
22:00-24:00 		College 3
Krupp College
Wednesdays 20:00-22:00 Mercator College and College Nordmetall
Thursdays 20:00-22:00 Mercator College and Krupp College
Fridays closed
Saturdays 16:00-18:00 College 3   Note! On 06.03 the session will be from 14:00 till 16:00
Sundays 20:00-22:00 College Nordmetall

Quick facts

  • The Math Support Center is open to Jacobs students of all majors and for math related questions originating in any course. (At peak times priority may be given to first year Engineering and Science Mathematics students.)
  • Aside of asking question, you can also quietly work on your homework in one of the rooms, knowing that you can contact a tutor in case you are stuck.
  • Or you can use the MSC to discuss mathematics with your friends, again, having someone there to help out if necessary.
